Terms & Conditions

Here we set out the terms and conditions that will determine the agreement between Flying Dove Theatre and the Parent/Guardian.

Mobile Phones/Electronic devices are brought to class at a person’s own risk and should be left turned off during the class.

We do not tolerate any interaction with social media during our classes.

Teachers reserve the right to ask your child to leave the class if they
are behaving in a way which is detrimental to the safety and enjoyment of others.

If a child is removed from a class once, they will be given a first warning. If a child is removed a second time, parents/guardians will be notified and the child will be asked to leave Flying Dove Theatre for the rest of the term.

We may terminate your membership and your child’s entitlement to attend Flying Dove theatre in the case of serious or repeated breach of the code of conduct.

Teachers could be subject to change without notice.

Fees are paid in advance, half-termly. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given if you cannot attend the sessions that have been booked.

A half-term notice is required to cancel your place.

Students must be collected on time to comply with safeguarding regulations.

Bullying, harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behaviour by you, your child or visitors is unacceptable. We reserve the right to exclude or take other legal action as appropriate.

Flying Dove Theatre is covered by public liability insurance which protects your child in our class when they are following the code of conduct.

Smoking and vaping are forbidden.

The consumption of alcohol or bringing alcohol onto the premises is forbidden.

Being under the influence of illegal substances is forbidden.

If you have a complaint, please first speak to your class teacher and if this can't be resolved, we will take the next steps to do our best to resolve the matter.
